Our Guarantee

Paint 'n Paws will provide you with a digital photograph of your painting via email for you to review and approve, prior to shipment. You are welcome at this point to suggest minor modifications to the oil painting. In the event you suggest a minor change, we will take another picture of your painting for you to review. Once you approve the painting, we will ship the painting to you.
If you are unsatisfied with the painting and do not approve the painting (prior to shipment), we will provide a 100% refund.
In the event that you approve the digital picture of the painting and then receive the oil painting and are unsatisfied, we will gladly work with you to resolve your dissatisfaction.
If your painting is damaged during shipment, we will gladly take your painting back to have it repaired by our artists or have them begin on a new painting for you.
